There are other companies that do DevOps work - we stumble upon them regularly on the Internet. However, we have not seen any other company offer conveniently packaged services that make things easy and transparent for you.
Do it yourself
Finding people with excellent DevOps skills is hard. If you choose to hire a remote outsourced DevOps (e.g. from Ukraine) you should prepare for a considerable amount of management overhead. Moreover you really should hire a super senior guy (~60€/h), which ramps up the cost: a junior (~30€/h) just can't handle everything you throw at him.
