We ensure that in out-of-the-box configuration our LibreNMS setup is properly configured. We cannot guarantee that it suits any particular use-case or environment without making additional configuration changes modifications.

The "Supported plan" includes the same level of support as "Basic plan". In addition we provide technical support related to LibreNMS configuration, integration and automation using the API. Our support engineers will contact you within 24 hours.
