Our basic plan is free and does not include any commercial support. We do appreciate bug reports and feature requests files on our GitHub issues page, though.
The "Supported plan" includes commercial support related to the installer and the software it configures (Puppetserver, PuppetDB, Puppetboard). Our support engineers will contact you within 24 hours.
We do not provide official support for running the installer on live production deployments due to potential configuration overlap between production Puppet code and our installer's Puppet code.
Support is limited to two questions each calendar month. If you want to increase your quota please contact us.
